SH-101 Schematic Errors
Overview
There are a number of errors in the original SH-101 schematics, as released by Roland. These were compiled by Ben Stamas for the SB01 project. An annotated, fixed version is linked below. These are not gauranteed to match all production runs of the SH-101.
Unlabeled components:
- R31 - 47k
- R35 - 47k
- R24 - 82k
- C15 - 10nF
- R137 - 33k
- R195 - 33k
Mislabeled components:
- R99 on schematic is R199 on board
- R160 - 47k
- R41 (one of them, there are two R41) on schematic is R143 on board
Missing components:
- R162 - 100k
Wrong connections:
- VR15 tied to GND, not +5V
- VR18 tied to +5V, not GND
- C31 tied to +5V, not GND
- R87 tied to +5V, not GND
- R88 tied to +5V, not GND
- R91 (VCO MOD) not connected to VR8
- R104 (CV) connected to VR8
